IT Support can be provided as a fixed monthly cost, with various package options, or an ad-hoc hourly basis.

Repairs to hardware will be quoted once the fault has been isolated.

Quotes can also be provided for packages of work, once requirements have been gathered. This is the usual option for system upgrades or migrations to new systems, for example to a new cloud email provider.
