Post your item to us, by Royal Mail Special Delivery, to

14 Newton Road

Include with your item a repair form
This provide us with the information we need.

Do not send any leads with your item and ensure it is carefully packaged.

Once your item is received, we will send you a confirmation email.

Your device will be repaired and then we will contact you for payment.

Payment methods include debit/credit cards, paypal & nochex.

If there are any other faults present with your item, or if you have requested a quote, we will contact you before carrying out the repair.

After payment has been received, your device will be posted back to you

This will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Note: additional postage charges apply).



NOTE: We do not carry out repairs to the larger consoles by post (PS3, XBox360)
